More wonderful pictures and letters from our puppy's new families, enjoy!Hello Judie,
Just wanted to send a picture of Maddie, our little cockapoo. She is the sweetest little girl, and smart!! Sometimes a little too smart! Can not believe she is 9 months old already. She is 26 pounds full of love and she is such a happy girl. Her whole body goes when she wags that tail! It is quite a sight, she puts a smile on everyone's face. Our girl has a ghost on her chest!! We figure she is in costume for Halloween everyday......of course we think she is the cutest ever!!!! Our Granddaughter Savannah was here for a visit and Maddie was so gentle and they had a great time, got a shot of them lounging on the couch. Maddie has slept through the night since coming home and rings a bell to go outside......and sleeps in our bed anywhere she wants to. She is in the Screensaver for the NACR this year. So thank you for our little girl, just can't tell you how much we love her, and what she has brought to our home....you can be assured she is spoiled rotten and has trained us very well! Thank you again, Barb Schmidt and Family in MN 12/03
Hi Judie,Just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how much we love having Cleo. She is such a character - she fits right in at our house! Cleo has adjusted so easily! She is really a smart dog. She is potty trained and toy trained. She wakes my husband up in the night if she has to go. The other night he didn't hear her, so she grabbed the blanket with her teeth and pulled the blanket off him to wake him up! Cleo sleeps at my daughter's feet or on her pillow. The other day Cleo got my husband and asked him to put her on Sarah's bed so she (Cleo) could take a nap!The kennel has worked well for training Cleo. It's the point where all you need to say is "Cleo, no", and she drops whatever she isn't supposed to have. When she's really feeling impish, and doesn't stop, all you need to say is "Do you want to go in your cage?" and she drops what she has immediately. My game with Cleo is fetch. We have a small ball that is really squishy. When Cleo tries to grab it, it often squirts away and off she goes chasing it again. I roll the ball the length of the house, Cleo bounds off and chases it down - often over running it or running so fast she slides and wipes out trying to get it. Once she gets the ball she runs laps around the down stairs and eventually brings it back to me. Cleo LOVES the snow. Just wanted to let you know how happy we are with her! Thank you! Carolyn 2/2003

Hi, we got a Schnorkie from you about two years ago and I thought you'd like to see his picture, Toby is quite the character! Thanks, Rachelle 1/2004
If you decide to buy a puppy I highly recommend buying a cockapoo from Wild Wind Kennels. We bought a female buff cockapoo and could not be happier with her. She is very smart, willing to please and amazing with our kids. She has such a wonderful disposition that she fits immediately into our family. Where ever we go with the puppy, people stop me and ask me what type of dog she is. They also comment how beautiful she is. My vet noticed immediately her wonderful dispostion. We could have bought a cockapoo from a breeder two hours from our house, however we felt so confident with Judie Hanson and her capabilities that we knew she was the breeder for us.I was so impressed with Judie and Gregg. Every time I emailed Judie with questions she responded ASAP. She cares so much about her dogs and she is not the "typical breeder". I have never met Judie, however I feel like I have made a friend for life. If anyone wants to email me as a reference feel free. Buying a cockapoo at Wild Wind Kennel was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Fran Glat Philadelphia, PA 3/2004
Dear Judie, We just wanted to update you on Murray (born 12/6). He is a lovable, fun, active (sometimes mischievous) little puppy. He weighs over 13 lbs, so he has more than doubled his weight since he came here almost 2 months ago. He is engaging, and loves to be around people. he is a definite lap dog, and will pick up a chew toy and look for the nearest lap to climb in and enjoy it in! He is a pleasure to come home to, and has been a terrific addition to our family. Please feel free to use our name as a reference. Sincerely, The Silversheins! 4/2004
Judie I wanted to send you this picture of Lucy. It was taken on second Birthday, 3/21/04. She loves to pose as you can see.We have enjoyed this wonderful animal and want to thank you Greg for breeding such a great pet. She arrived in great shape and adjusted very quickly to her new home. It is hard to believe she has been with us two years already. She is so smart and does many tricks. Her claim to fame in the neighborhood is "High Five."Once again, Thank you both.Sandy & Bill Woods
I saw that you have beagles available for sale again. I just wanted to write a letter of recommendation for your beagles! Our little Daphne is one of the best things that happened to our family! She is always bright-eyed and happy and has such a wonderful demeanor. Please feel free to use this email as advertising for the wonderful beagles you breed! Lisa Bohler Crookston MN 5/2004

Hi, Judie! It's been one year to the day since Fuzz entered and brightened ourlives so I thought I'd send you a current picture of her full-grown, as
> well as give you an update.
>
> She stopped growing right at 13 pounds, and is very good at regulating
> her own food intake. She has proven to be quite intelligent. Two days
> after we got her she had figured out how to climb over the wooden gate
> we had purchased to keep her "penned." Other gates and fences in
> various parts of the house were just as quickly overcome. One exception
> - she doesn't try to go over the gate we keep at the top of the basement
> steps. Now she doesn't even think about going down the basement steps
> even when we move the gate to go down stairs. She lays at the top and
> waits for us to return.
>
> She is also a good traveller. We drove to Arizona for a week this
> winter. She spent the drive, for the most part, sleeping. Because
> she's completely indoor toilet trained, in the motels she knew exactly
> what the newspaper on the floor was for as soon as we'd set it up.
>
> We took her through a 6 week training course this winter to teach her
> some manners. She now knows what is expected of her when various
> commands are given. Though she doesn't always listen, she does pretty
> well. Each night she sleeps between the two of us, so she knows when
> either one of us is getting up. If it's too early she stays in bed with
> the one that's still sleeping.
>
> It took her a little getting used to getting her hair cut and brushed,
> but now tolerates it. She loves bath time. If it were up to her she
> would get a bath every few days.
>
> Fuzz is such a joy in our life. She brings smiles to us and anyone she
> encounters. Rich Piehl 5/2004
